The POWER of SMILING!

Smiling is such a great way to build rapport.
Smiling gives a powerful message that you are
- Warm
- Friendly
- Approachable
- Open
- Kind
However most individuals frown , they often look full of angst.
Even if you do have trials going on in your life, it doesn’t cost you anything to smile.
You may make a persons day!
You use less muscles to smile and more muscles to frown.
A smile cost nothing, however gives much.
A smile enriches those who receive,
Without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment, yet the memory may last forever.
A smile creates happiness in the home,
Fosters good will in business,
And is the sign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
Clear to the discouraged,
Sunshine to the sad,
And is nature’s best antidote to trouble.
Yet a smile cannot be bought ,begged, borrowed or stolen;
For it is something of no value to anyone,
Unless it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours.
No one needs a smile so much
As he who has none to give.
My mum always told me…
When you SMILE, the WORLD will SMILE back.
Give yourself a challenge this week. No matter how you may be feeling, see how many people you can smile at.
Strangers , when you buy a coffee, at your gym, in the office, on the train. There are countless number of times in the day when you can smile at people.
